About Lisa
In addition to being an author, Lisa Muchnik is a nurse anesthetist and certified yoga instructor specializing in aerial yoga.
Although she works in the medical field, she has a strong love and appreciation for holistic healing. Therefore, she strives to bring these modalities into her life and the lives of those around her. She also has a degree in dietetics and, along with her husband, loves to make healthy plant-based recipes at home. Intuition led this mother of two to fulfill her dream of writing a children’s book and combining it with her passion for chakras.
Lisa lives in New York with her husband, daughter, and son.
